Specimen requirement: 10ml ACD blood. Cell lines, frozen white blood cells, and isolated DNA are acceptable.
Moderate-to-high resolution (4-digit) HLA typing is available for the following HLA loci. Typing is performed using PCR and sequence-specific primers or sequence-specific oligonvcleotide probes.
