Food for Thought 2007

Research conducted at Puget Sound Blood Center is helping to make cures possible and we want to share this story with you in our series of Food for Thought luncheons.

Throughout Western Washington the Blood Center hosts luncheons where you participate in an informal talk with our executives, discussing the latest in research at the Blood Center. Luncheon topics include The Blood Center research making cures possible across the globe for heart disease, strokes, thrombosis, cancer, inherited blood diseases and blood-borne diseases as well as the Blood Center’s role in treating cancers and bone marrow failure disorders through blood stem cell transplantation.

If you are interested in attending one of our Food for Thought events, please contact Susan Todd, 206-292-2758 or stodd@psbc.org for up-coming luncheon times and locations.

The Blood Center exists to provide steady, safe, and reliable blood services to the communities, hospitals, and patients we serve. We are continuously advancing our ability to provide transfusion expertise and to improve therapies and cures through research.
