FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Employees participate in United Way's Day of Caring
SEPTEMBER 13, 2005, SEATTLE WA — Employees of Puget Sound Blood Center will participate in United Way of King County’s Day of Caring through several projects. Just as we rely on the generosity of our community as part of our service to donors, patients and hospitals in our region, we want to support giving back to the community through the United Way campaign. One of the ways the Blood Center participates is by inviting some of our employees to take part in the Annual Day of Caring Event. Our employees have found it to be a rewarding experience. There were sore muscles but smiling faces when all was said and done.
Below is a list of locations where Puget Sound Blood Center employees will be working. If you have any interest in visiting one of these locations please contact Tom Butterworth by phone 206-292-6511 or pager 206-680-2610.
